We have an update to the importation of the K9 Power line to Canada. It appears the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has a challenge with one of the main ingredients in the products that in actuality USDA/APHIS has deemed safe in it’s production practices. Until the ingredient supplier complies with the new stringent CFIA regulations we have no choice but to wait.
Because of this issue we have no timeline. Please know the amazing team at K9 Power is doing all they can to help as they also wish to have their products in Canada and around the world as this also affects Australia and Europe.
All of us here at Copper Hollow are very disappointed in this situation and we are so very sorry we cannot help your dogs. We were so close in getting this back to Canada. It is sadly out of our hands.
If you wish to purchase the items from the USA directly you need to have product sent to a US address to be re-shipped to you in Canada (from friends or family) or sent to a US address in your travels.

Shipping With Copper Hollow? Some Handy Tips!
If you have any urgency in receiving your orders (for litters, puppies, or ill dogs) please choose Canada Post Xpress Post or Fed Ex Courier for your shipping needs on online orders. A few dollars more puts priority on your parcel.
We have now integrated FedEx services into our online web store. Ground service is picked up early morning next business day and Express service cut off for same day pick up is 2:00 pm Edmonton (Mountain) time.
We cannot express how much we want our wonderful customers to receive their orders in a timely fashion but we have no control once the parcels leave the shop. We pride ourselves on shipping same day or next day if orders come in after daily pick up. Please help us to help you have the best outcomes possible. Thank You!
